Payment

We are happy to assist you in filing your insurance claims for you. However, your insurance company is responsible only to you, the beneficiary, and requires that you follow up if your claim is not processed in a reasonable amount of time. Although we accept assignment on most major insurance companies, you the patient are responsible at the time of service for any deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and non-covered services, as per your individual contract. If your insurance company does not have benefits in your policy to cover your claim and rejects coverage, or only pays a portion of the claim, the balance is your responsibility. Should this occur, you will receive a statement from our billing office.
